Steel: Swedish stainless steel (AEBL steel made by Woodiholm, Sweden)
Handle: Laminated plywood (with antibacterial agent) with specially processed ferrule (SUS304)


We use world-famous Swedish stainless steel blade steel, and heat treatment (hardening and tempering) has resulted in a Rockwell hardness of 58-59HRC, which provides a good balance of hardness and toughness.

Finishing with a slightly lower hardness makes maintenance such as resharpening easy.
