This bread knife is made by Fujitorasaku, a company in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture.
This knife is so popular that there are fans who say that it has to be a Fujijiro knife!
The handle is also made of welded stainless steel, which gives the knife a hygienic feel that cannot be achieved with a wooden handle.
Stainless steel handles were previously avoided as they were slippery, but the spiral pattern makes the handle comfortable in the hand.
