This item was made by the skilled craftsmen at Kurichu Seisakusho, located in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, a town famous for its blades.
These are authentic kitchen scissors that are carefully made one by one.
If you fully open the blades, you can easily remove them and wash the overlapping parts of the blades where the dirt accumulates the most.
By overlapping the blades and slightly closing them, they will not come off, making these scissors hygienic and safe to use.
In addition, since they are made entirely of stainless steel, they are resistant to rust.
